project overview
Taj InnerCircle is the hospitality brand’s loyalty programme, but despite strong benefits, it lacked a distinct emotional identity. The brief was to reposition it—without altering the logo—by building a narrative that felt unmistakably Taj while appealing both to existing 30–40 year loyalists and a new generation of late-20s founders and entrepreneurs.
